Wednesday brought me and my friend John on a 12 hr round trip to Provo to go see our friends at Pacific States for coke for UW.
The drive was beautiful yet smoking from the fires out here.
Once in Utah, however, fall was screaming all over the hills with the changing of the leaves on the maple and aspen trees.

Pacific States makes me proud to be an American.
They are producing over 300,000 tons of metal a week and they take such pride in everything they make.
Its inspiring and always a joy to visit them.

This is one of their ladles. Not sure we will ever get to this scale but its impressive!
